We are Specialist in every aspect of Rentals. We are a small boutique office,  offering one on one personal attention. We’ll work with a select client accommodating their ongoing search as if it was for ourselves until the Client finds a short term rental, a vacation rental, or as an Owner to rent, buy or sell your dream property.
Our office has a long history of buyers and sellers whom we continue to work with for ongoing rentals, sales, both residential and commercial.
I’m Lori Schmerler, originally from New England, I moved to New Smyrna Beach in 1994. I know all the stumbling blocks of relocating, a knowledge of Volusia County, Central Florida from both vacationing and living here.
